companies. Steve’s career began in residential real estate where he has completed
more than $1.2 billion in transactions. Steve has been recognized locally and nationally
as a leader in this space by a number of publications and media outlets. Steve also
helped found and grow a leading vacation ownership business which went public and
raised more than $300 million in equity and debt capital on both private and public markets. This company acquired and sold assets in more than thirty states and four countries. In 2019, Steve created a small real estate investment fund. Since their first acquisition in 2019, the fund has grown to more than $200 million in commercial, residential and hospitality projects across several states. Steve has a passion for creating companies and finding opportunities across various real estate asset classes.
